Dan Deak is the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Home Halo, bringing more than a decade of experience in the home care industry and a deep personal connection to the mission of helping people remain safely at home.

Dan's passion for home care began after helping care for his mother following a life-changing injury. That experience gave him firsthand insight into the challenges families face when a loved one's independence changes and ultimately inspired him to build a company centered on compassionate, personalized support.

Throughout his career, Dan has helped launch and grow home care businesses across the country, including previous leadership roles focused on new-market development and agency operations. Today, he leads Home Halo's continued growth with a focus on building a strong organization while staying grounded in the people Home Halo serves: seniors, veterans, families, caregivers, and local communities.

Rafael Otero brings more than 25 years of healthcare leadership, operations, and strategic management experience to his role as Chief Operating Officer at Home Halo.

Throughout his career, Rafael has led physician practices, multi-site healthcare organizations, and operational improvement initiatives with a focus on building strong teams, improving performance, and delivering high-quality, patient-centered care. His experience spans medical practice management, health systems, managed care, consulting, quality improvement, provider relations, and financial and operational leadership.

At Home Halo, Rafael applies that experience to strengthening operations across the organization and building the systems, accountability, and infrastructure needed to support sustainable growth. His leadership approach is grounded in open communication, collaboration, compassion, and continuous improvement, with a focus on ensuring teams have the support and resources they need to serve clients and families well.

Cassie Findley brings more than 25 years of franchising and operational leadership experience to her role as Franchise Chief Operating Officer at Home Halo. Her career has included working with organizations ranging from emerging brands to large franchise systems, giving her extensive experience in building the structure, systems, and leadership practices needed to support sustainable growth.

Cassie's expertise spans franchise operations, organizational development, training, leadership development, process improvement, and translating strategy into consistent execution. Her experience in the home care industry also gives her an understanding of the responsibility that comes with building organizations families can trust.

At Home Halo, Cassie focuses on strengthening the franchise system and helping owners build well-run, scalable businesses while maintaining the culture, accountability, and quality of service that define the Home Halo brand.

Jessie Warner brings more than 18 years of marketing and business leadership experience to his role as Chief Marketing Officer at Home Halo. His background spans marketing strategy, demand generation, brand development, digital marketing, content, sales enablement, and marketing operations.

Throughout his career, Jessie has helped growing organizations build stronger marketing systems, create clearer strategies, and connect marketing efforts to measurable business growth. He brings a practical, performance-focused approach that balances brand building with the systems, data, and execution needed to support long-term growth.

At Home Halo, Jessie leads marketing strategy across the organization, helping strengthen the brand, support franchise growth, expand referral relationships, and connect more families with the care and support they need at home.

Kierstin Conner, RN, serves as Chief Care Officer at Home Halo, bringing a clinical perspective and a strong commitment to improving the experience of clients, families, and caregivers.

Before stepping into her current role, Kierstin served as Home Halo's Vice President of Client & Caregiver Engagement, where her work centered on strengthening the relationships and systems that support quality care. Her nursing background and experience across home care have shaped a leadership approach focused on listening to the people closest to care and finding thoughtful ways to better support them.

In 2026, Kierstin was named to WTWH Healthcare's Future Leaders Class, a national recognition for emerging professionals making an impact across healthcare and aging services.

As Chief Care Officer, Kierstin helps guide Home Halo's approach to care, caregiver support, client experience, and innovation, ensuring that growth remains centered on the needs of the people Home Halo serves.

Ken Meyers brings more than 35 years of healthcare leadership experience to Home Halo, with a career built around scaling organizations, developing high-performing teams, and creating sustainable growth across home health and home care.

Throughout his career, Ken has led multi-state sales and operations teams, opened new markets, strengthened referral networks, and helped healthcare organizations navigate periods of rapid growth and transformation. His experience spans executive leadership, turnarounds, market expansion, sales strategy, training, operations, and organizational development, including leading teams across more than a dozen states and helping grow healthcare organizations from emerging operations into significantly larger regional and national businesses.

As Chief Growth Officer, Ken leads Home Halo's growth strategy with a focus on expanding into new markets, strengthening sales performance, and building the relationships and systems that allow the organization to scale thoughtfully. He brings a rare combination of operational discipline, sales leadership, and decades of firsthand healthcare experience to Home Halo's continued growth.
