Haley Arrington
Executive Director, Las Cruces Office | Home Halo of New Mexico
Haley Arrington brings a background in critical care nursing, leadership, and patient advocacy to her role as Executive Director of Home Halo of Las Cruces. Throughout her nursing career, she has supported patients and families through some of life's most challenging moments, experiences that strengthened her commitment to compassionate, relationship-centered care.
A Southern New Mexico native, Haley has a deep appreciation for the community she serves. She is passionate about mentoring others, building meaningful relationships, and creating an environment where clients, families, and team members feel heard, supported, and valued.
Outside of work, Haley is a proud mom who values family, community, and finding opportunities to make others smile. She is grateful for the opportunity to give back to Southern New Mexico and looks forward to helping Home Halo make a meaningful difference for local families.
Stephanie Ortiz
Executive Director, Santa Fe Office | Home Halo of New Mexico
Stephanie Ortiz brings a background in case management and human services to her role as Executive Director of Home Halo of Santa Fe. Throughout her career, she has focused on supporting individuals and families, advocating for those in need, and connecting people with resources and services that help them thrive.
Stephanie's leadership philosophy is rooted in compassion, integrity, transparency, and collaboration. She is passionate about building strong teams, supporting professional development, strengthening community partnerships, and creating an environment where people feel valued and empowered.
Outside of work, Stephanie enjoys horseback riding, hiking, and spending time with animals. Her appreciation for compassion, patience, and meaningful connection carries into both her personal life and her approach to leadership.
Stephanie looks forward to serving the Santa Fe community, developing strong local partnerships, and leading a team committed to providing dependable, high-quality support for the individuals and families Home Halo serves.
DeNae Richardson
Executive Director, Albuquerque Office | Home Halo of New Mexico
DeNae Richardson brings a diverse background in psychiatry, services for individuals with intellectual disabilities, rehabilitation, and skilled nursing to her role as Executive Director of the Albuquerque office for Home Halo of New Mexico. Throughout her career, she has worked with individuals across many stages of life; these experiences strengthened her passion for helping others and her compassionate approach to care.
Originally from Texas, DeNae is proud to now call New Mexico home. She believes every stage of life comes with its own challenges, but each one also deserves to be honored, valued, and approached with dignity and compassion.
Outside of work, DeNae enjoys gaming with her children, attending concerts with her husband, and planning events for New Mexico's pinup community. You can also often find her at car shows or comic conventions, reflecting her appreciation for creativity, connection, and community.
DeNae looks forward to leading the Albuquerque office, building meaningful relationships, and supporting individuals and families throughout the community.
